Spiced Apple Wine
New recipe. Spiced Apple wine is made from the ripest apples giving it a glorious fruity taste. A sweet wine with hints of toffee, cinnamon and cloves. Serve ice cold as an aperitif, or warmed up for a summer mulled wine. Perfect after a barbecue or bonfire. This also makes an exquisite dessert wine. See "The 100" recipe.
