The 100

1 Bottle of Spiced Apple Wine

4 Tablespoons of brown sugar (approx.)

Large shot of rum or brandy

Warm the apple wine on the stove. Add the brown sugar (to your taste) to dissolve and add the rum. Serve hot and enjoy the aromatic spices. Instant warmth, cheer and possibly rosy cheeks.

Mulderberry Wine

1 Bottle Elderberry Wine

2 Tablespoons of brown sugar (or to taste)

200 ml orange Juice or apple juice

Large shot of rum, brandy or whiskey

A few slices of apples or oranges.

 

for the Mulling spices:

1 Cinnamon Stick

5 Cloves

1 Star Anise (Or any mulling spices)

Heat all the contents in a pan for 5 minutes to release the spicy flavours and stiring well to dissolve the sugar. Don't let it boil.<br />This is my perfect mulled wine for christmas.

1 75cl bottle Lemon Wine

375 ml Ginger Ale

Ice, Lemon and a few sprigs of mint.

Combine all ingredients into a refreshing, zingy alternative to a Spritzer. Lovely for summertime.

Lemon Sip

1 bottle Lemon Wine

1/2 Lemon squeezed

1/2 bottle Ginger Ale

4 Tablespoons of Honey

2 shots of Whiskey

Heat all the ingredients together dissolving the honey in the liquid. Serve hot with a slice of lemon. This is another great alternative to mulled wine. I think this would even chase away any winter chills and colds

Strawberry Fields Bar

Bottle Strawberry WIne

250 ml Apple WIne or Apple Juice for a lighter drink.

250 Ml Soda Water

Combine all the liquids and serve with Ice and few slices of fruit.

375ml Lemon Wine

375ml Champagne or sparkling wine

Large Shot of Gin

Curls of Lemon rind to decorate

Combine all the ingredients well chilled and serve in champagne glasses. Add a Lemon Curl for a very sophisticated cocktail.
